1. Branch Manager
Tanggung Jawab:
  • Membangun dan menjaga hubungan serta kerja sama yang baik dengan BRI Group
  • Bertanggung jawab untuk mencapai target cabang, termasuk P/L, transaksi ekuitas, reksa dana, obligasi, dan peningkatan jumlah klien
  • Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap SOP perusahaan dan peraturan industri
  • Meningkatkan produktivitas cabang dan kinerja
  • Mengembangkan dan mengawasi strategi penjualan yang efektif
  • Menjaga hubungan baik dengan klien

Kualifikasi:
  • Lulusan dari Universitas terbaik (gelar Sarjana)
  • Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di posisi serupa (sektor pasar modal/perbankan), dengan minimal 2 tahun pengalaman di posisi manajerial
  • Memiliki Lisensi WPPE (Wakil Perantara Pedagang Efek)
  • Profesional, pekerja keras, dan disiplin
  • Berorientasi pada target dengan kemampuan komunikasi dan presentasi yang baik
  • Memiliki keterampilan analitis yang kuat, kemampuan kepemimpinan, serta pengalaman dalam mentoring
  • Kreatif dan proaktif dalam menyelesaikan masalah

2. Retail Business Performance Officer
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze retail business performance (sales, revenue, and profitability) on regular basis.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.
  • Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement in retail business operations.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and finance teams to develop and implement performance strategies.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to strengthen retail business strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business performance analysis, retail banking, or financial services.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial and operational data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.

3. Strategic Planning & Corporate Development Officer
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and develop new products in line with the company’s strategic direction.
  • Conduct competitor assessments to analyze market competition and define the right product strategy.
  • Perform market and industry research to understand customer preferences and market trends.
  • Manage and oversee the development process from ideation to implementation.
  • Evaluate and improve existing products to ensure continuous relevance and competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal divisions to develop effective product development strategies.
  • Provide studies, data, and information to support the preparation of strategic initiatives plan, annual work and budget plan (RKAP), long-term corporate plan (RJPP), and the review of the company’s vision and mission.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in strategic planning / performance management / product development
  • Prior experience or internship in the capital market / securities industry is a strong advantage.
  • Technical Skills
  • Basic knowledge of capital markets and financial products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Good presentation and report-writing skills.
  • Soft Skills

4. Database Administrator Officer
Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, patch, and upgrade databases.
  • Create and manage database instances, schemas, and tables.
  • Monitor and tune database performance.
  • Develop effective backup and data replication strategies.
  • Coordinate and implement technological solutions.
  • Collaborate with application teams for application database maintenance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Database Administrator (DBA) in financial services or banking.
  • Proficient in DBMS: MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle.
  • Strong understanding of backup & recovery, replication, clustering, and partitioning concepts.
  • Experienced with operating systems (Linux, Windows Server).
  • Basic knowledge of cloud databases.
  • Hands-on experience with database monitoring tools.
