3. Drilling & Well Intervention Superintendent
Plan & supervise drilling/intervention, manage cost and project performance.
Req: Bachelor’s in Petroleum Engineering | 10–15 yrs | strong in contractor management & well planning.
4. Surface Facility & Project Engineering Superintendent
Manage production facilities & development projects, ensure technical compliance.
Req: Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Chemical/Petroleum | 10–15 yrs | strong in reliability & integrity.
5. Field Manager
Lead field operations, production control, HSSE, and multidisciplinary teams.
Req: Bachelor’s in Engineering | 10–15 yrs | strong leadership & emergency response.
