Situs Loker BUMN 45 ini ditujukan kepada para pencari kerja khususnya para Sobat 45 (sebutan bagi para pencari kerja yang aktif di situs dan sosial media Loker BUMN 45). Seiring berjalannya waktu, dalam penyampaiannya Loker BUMN 45 telah melakukan rombakan-rombakan baik sosial media maupun situs. Hal ini ditujukan untuk kenyamanan para Sobat 45 dalam mengakses lowongan kerja serta meningkatkan pengalaman pengunjung laman menjadi lebih baik lagi. Cloud Customer Engineering Intern, Summer 2021

Responsibilities:


  • Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical objections and develop the strategy to resolve technical impediments to transactions.
  • Work with customer engineers for technical aspects of solutions, to include such activities as supporting bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work and the coordination of supporting technical resources.
  • Work hands-on with Google Cloud Platform products to demonstrate and prototype integrations.


Minimum qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • Authorization to work in Indonesia.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Typically within 12-18 months of completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform products & database offerings
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.
  • Demonstrated analytical success.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa fluently and idiomatically.

Head of Marketing, YouTube and Ads


Responsibilities:


  • Be responsible for the YouTube Marketing Strategy (product, growth, co-marketing, campaigns) and priorities in Indonesia across users, creators, brand and business.
  • Bring deep local insights and objectives to global marketing and product teams and support key decisions necessary to grow the country.
  • Be responsible for marketing and business for Google and YouTube Ads products.
  • Ensure alignment with cross-functional stakeholders from Go-to-Market, Market Insights, Sales, and PR teams, as well as collaborating with Global and Local Marketing teams. Influence global ads product teams on required product improvements for Indonesia as well as prepare and activate key product launches in Indonesia.
  • Establish Google’s thought leadership by developing and activating narratives and programs, including local content to drive digital ads adoption leveraging key and scalable moments for Indonesia.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical/quantitative/business oriented field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in marketing/advertising organizations, working with client and/or agencies.
  • Experience leading strategic projects across multiple teams.
Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience leading a significant digital transformation within a large marketing organization.
  • Ability to build relationships with C-Level leaders of advertisers and agencies with a good understanding of Indonesian landscape.
  • Ability to combine thought leadership with excellent facilitation, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage up and across an organization, departments and teams.
  • Ability to manage, inspire and coach diverse team members.
  • Ability to manage, coordinate and track multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables in a dynamic and constantly evolving context.
